You pay for what we deliver — per drawing processed, per tag certified, per reconciliation report completed. There are no hourly rates, no seat licenses, and no platform fees. If we extract 200 P&IDs, you pay for 200 P&IDs. The per-document rate depends on document complexity and volume.
Three factors: document type (a simple datasheet vs. a complex P&ID with instrument loops), extraction scope (text-only vs. full topology with tag relationships), and volume. Higher volumes reduce per-unit cost. We quote after reviewing a sample of your documents during the free pilot.
The one-time setup fee covers project onboarding: extraction pipeline configuration for your specific document types, enterprise system connector setup (SAP PM, Maximo, AVEVA, etc.), ontology mapping, and initial validation. Typical onboarding completes in days, not months.
