Yes. Pathnovo India Pvt Ltd invoices in INR with GSTIN and SAC code 998314. Pay via NEFT/RTGS, corporate card, or UPI for Starter. GST is fully claimable as Input Tax Credit.

Why does India pricing differ from Global pricing?

We price by regional engineering value. Pathnovo's value is measured against what an engineer would otherwise do, and engineer rates differ across regions. We capture roughly the same fraction of value created in each market. This is the same approach Notion, Atlassian, Adobe, and most global SaaS take.

What happens to my data and knowledge graph if I cancel?

You own your data. We provide a one-time export of the full knowledge graph in standard formats (Neo4j dump + JSON) within 30 days of contract end. Source documents are returned in their original format. Pathnovo retains the right to delete all customer data 60 days after contract end.

Is my data used to train Pathnovo models?

No. Customer data is never used for model training. Period. Standard contractual NDA covers all uploaded documents.
