Rhyton PiNOR + Pathnovo AI Extraction

Extend Middle East O&G EDMS with domain-native engineering document AI. PiNOR's semantic search complemented with structured extraction: instrument index, piping MTO, HAZOP register, mill certificate traceability, Aramco Material Data Book compilation. Built for ADNOC, PETRONAS, Samsung Engineering, Chiyoda project ecosystems.

01

Structured Extraction, Not Just Search

Rhyton PiNOR provides AI document indexing, comment detection, and semantic design comparison; strong on search. Pathnovo adds structured extraction: P&ID symbols and tags, isometric topology for piping MTO, HAZOP action registers, mill certificate heat-to-PO matching. Search gives you 'find the document'; extraction gives you 'structured engineering data'.

02

Compliance Register Automation

For ADNOC / Aramco / QatarEnergy / PETRONAS scope, Pathnovo auto-populates regulatory compliance registers alongside PiNOR's document workflow: Aramco Material Data Book, IBR equivalents, local PESO-equivalent hazardous area registers, and client-specific QA registers.

03

Procurement Intelligence Layer

PiNOR manages documents; Pathnovo reads them for procurement intelligence. MR package assembly, BOM generation from P&IDs and isometrics, technical bid evaluation, vendor datasheet compliance checks: all running on PiNOR-managed documents. See /solutions/procurement-intelligence.

04

Middle East Mega-Project Ready

Rhyton PiNOR holds 8% share of ME mega-project document control with clients including ADNOC, PETRONAS, Total, Samsung Engineering, Chiyoda. Pathnovo integrates with PiNOR API to extend these deployments with domain-native extraction without forcing migration to a new EDMS.

05

Preserves PiNOR Workflow and Security

Pathnovo sits behind PiNOR: reads documents via API, writes extracted structured data back as linked records. PiNOR's workflow, user base, audit trail, and security model are untouched. Incremental capability addition, not platform replacement.

06

Data Residency Aligned to ME Requirements

For PiNOR deployments in Middle East jurisdictions with data residency requirements, Pathnovo supports AWS Riyadh, Azure UAE North, and other regional cloud configurations. On-premises / air-gapped deployment available for classified projects.

ADNOC Tier 1 contractor running PiNOR adds Pathnovo to extract structured data from the $50B+ document archive PiNOR indexes

PETRONAS megaproject contractor uses PiNOR for document control and Pathnovo for engineering deliverables (instrument index, piping MTO, MR packages)

Samsung Engineering EPC delivering Gulf projects consolidates multi-client EDMS data through PiNOR with Pathnovo extraction intelligence on top

Chiyoda LNG megaproject contractor (NFE / Ras Laffan) adds Pathnovo for Aramco-/QatarEnergy-style Material Data Book compilation

Middle East owner-operator running PiNOR for 10+ years of document archives adds Pathnovo for brownfield structured data extraction

PiNOR semantic design comparison complemented with Pathnovo's structured revision delta: P&ID Rev A vs Rev B → affected PO list in 60 seconds

What is Rhyton PiNOR?

Rhyton PiNOR is an AI-enhanced Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) with Iranian origin engineering and German operational presence. It specialises in oil & gas EPC document control with ~8% share of Middle East mega-project document control deployments. Named clients include ADNOC, PETRONAS, Total, Samsung Engineering, Chiyoda across a $50B+ project portfolio. Core capabilities: MDR / EDMS workflow, AI-powered document indexing, comment detection, and semantic design comparison.

How does PiNOR's AI differ from Pathnovo's AI?

PiNOR's AI is search-focused: it helps users find documents, detect comments across versions, and compare designs semantically. It does not extract structured engineering data (tags, symbols, MTO line items, compliance register entries). Pathnovo's AI is extraction-focused: reading documents and producing structured data. The two approaches are complementary: use PiNOR for document search and workflow, use Pathnovo for structured extraction and compliance register generation. Together they cover the full document-intelligence stack.

How does Pathnovo integrate with Rhyton PiNOR?

Via PiNOR's API. Pathnovo reads documents routed through PiNOR, extracts structured engineering data, and writes back the structured registers (instrument index, piping MTO, HAZOP register, compliance register) as linked records in PiNOR. PiNOR's semantic search can then query the structured data alongside the documents. Users stay in PiNOR; Pathnovo adds extraction intelligence behind the scenes.

Which Middle East operators does this integration serve?

ADNOC (Ruwais refinery and petrochemicals, offshore operations, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC LNG), PETRONAS (downstream Malaysia and international), TotalEnergies Gulf operations, Samsung Engineering EPC projects across KSA / UAE / Qatar, Chiyoda Corporation (particularly NFE / NFS LNG work in Qatar). For Aramco contractors, the SmartPlant ecosystem is more common than PiNOR; see /integrations/hexagon-sdx for that integration.

Does Pathnovo replace Rhyton PiNOR?

No. PiNOR is the EDMS and semantic search layer; Pathnovo is the structured extraction layer. They are complementary. Clients already invested in PiNOR preserve that investment and add Pathnovo for extraction capabilities PiNOR does not provide. Neither tool claims the other's scope.

Is data residency supported for Middle East deployments?

Yes. PiNOR deployments in KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman can integrate with Pathnovo configured for regional data residency: AWS Riyadh, Azure UAE North, or client-specific cloud configurations. For classified projects requiring air-gapped deployment, on-premises Pathnovo deployment alongside on-premises PiNOR is supported.

What is the commercial model for this integration?

Per-project managed service pricing for Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors on specific ME mega-projects. Enterprise annual contracts for operators running multiple simultaneous PiNOR-enabled projects. Typical engagement: $100K-$500K annual for a mid-scale ME EPC contractor; enterprise scale runs higher. For operators evaluating PiNOR alongside alternative EDMS (Wrench SmartProject, Oracle Aconex, Hexagon SDx), Pathnovo's PiNOR integration ensures continuity of document intelligence regardless of EDMS choice.
