At project kickoff the client's PO register is loaded (SAP MM export, Excel, or API feed). Each PO line carries vendor, material description, quantity, piping class, project line number. As each MTR is extracted, the heat number and material description match against outstanding PO lines using exact match where possible and spec-aware fuzzy match where naming conventions differ. Matches are confirmed with linkage back to MTR image and PO line. Multi-heat certificates decomposed heat-by-heat for per-heat PO matching.
TÜV SÜD, Bureau Veritas, SGS, Lloyd's Register, DNV, HSB (Hartford Steam Boiler), IRS (Indian Register of Shipping): all pre-configured. ASME authorised inspector format supported.
