EPCPROMAN is the integrated Project Document Management + Engineering Management software developed by Parascadd, used as the incumbent EDMS at most Indian Tier-1 EPC contractors and Indian PSU owner-operators. Pathnovo runs as an upstream extraction layer in front of EPCPROMAN's transmittal inbox. Each incoming document (vendor PDF, scanned drawing, mill certificate, datasheet, P&ID, isometric, HAZOP study) is sent to Pathnovo via REST API or scheduled folder sync, extracted to structured JSON aligned to EPCPROMAN's MDR / VDR schema, and written back into EPCPROMAN through Parascadd's standard MDR import endpoint. EPCPROMAN's user interface, transmittal numbering, hold list, package structure, and Parascadd-managed customisations are untouched. The integration is designed to be invisible to EPCPROMAN's document controllers and end users.

Pathnovo's integration uses EPCPROMAN's standard MDR / VDR import API, which is documented by Parascadd and exposed at every EPCPROMAN deployment. For initial integration scoping at a new EPC account, Pathnovo coordinates with the client's EPCPROMAN administrator + Parascadd implementation team to confirm the API endpoint, authentication, custom field mapping, and project-specific MDR taxonomy. For ongoing operation no Parascadd intervention is required: documents flow through Pathnovo and into EPCPROMAN automatically. Pathnovo is open to a formal joint partnership with Parascadd at the product-marketing level; EPCPROMAN customers wanting a coordinated AI extraction rollout can introduce Pathnovo to their Parascadd account team to scope a bundled offer.

Pathnovo extracts the regulatory-relevant content from the same documents EPCPROMAN already manages and outputs four parallel compliance registers tied to the EPCPROMAN MDR by document number: (1) IBR Form IV register: every IBR-applicable tag + Form IV particulars (boiler / pressure vessel registration number, IBR Inspecting Authority code, hydro test record reference, material certification reference); (2) OISD 118 §6.0 process safety document register: HAZOP nodes, MoC records, MoP records, cause-and-effect matrices, PHA closure status; (3) PESO register: cross-country pipeline classification, route, MAOP, valve location, liquid LPG / propane storage records with PESO licence reference; (4) CCOE register: petroleum classified material storage records, classified area drawings, CCOE licence reference.
